​ • Author of 9 books including ‘කතිර සටන - ශ්‍රී ලංකාවට නව මැතිවරණ ක්‍රමයක්’ (2016) which suggested a new electoral method for Sri Lanka. (The electoral method was officially submitted to the Commission of Public Representation on Constitutional Reforms in 2016)

​ • Served as the Political Science (English medium) teacher in charge for Royal College from 2017 to 2019.
​ • Was in charge of making and marking term test papers for Political Science for St. Bridget’s Convent (2016 to 2018 and 2021 to currently) and St. Peter’s College (2018 to 2020).
​ • Currently acting as the coach for the English debating team of St. Peter’s College, Muslim Ladies' College and Gateway College Colombo. Also the founder of the Colombo Independent Debaters Society (CIDS).
